Gopal Expeller’s Edible Oil Filter Press is designed for clarifying mechanically extracted oil from various oil-bearing seeds and nuts, including soybean, groundnut, palm kernel, canola seed, sesame seed, sunflower seed, and mustard seed.
Our Filter Press Machines feature recessed plates that create chambers when closed together. Each plate has a central hole for feeding oil, with pyramid formations that maximize the filtering area for enhanced oil purification.
Tailored filter cloths are placed over each plate and secured with cast iron nuts. Oil is pumped into the press, where it passes through the cloth and collects inside the plate chambers. The purified oil is then released through pet cocks located at the bottom of the plates.
Gopal Expeller’s Filter Press comes with a precision-engineered plunger pump, designed as per capacity requirements. These pumps are fitted with ball bearings for smooth operation and high-quality check valves for efficiency. Available in both flat belt and V-belt drive options, we also offer double piston plunger pumps for higher-capacity filtration.
